📋 Program Hakkında

Bio and food technology have an influence on every part of our daily lives basically: Environmental technology, medicine and bio-based raw materials; food quality and safety, new raw materials and production processes that are sustainable and save resources. In this degree programme we combine these two sciences and tap into the potential that this combination creates in research and knowledge transfer. The program consists of three semesters: the first semester focuses on in-depth knowledge of food technology and biotechnology with modules like Industrial Food Processing, Food Innovations, Production Organisms, and Bioanalytical Techniques. The second semester is a project semester featuring Research Proposal, Team Project, and Scientific Conference modules. The final semester is dedicated to the master's thesis and colloquium. The degree programme has an application-oriented focus, preparing students for positions in applied research and various roles in the biotechnology, food industry, pharma or cosmetics sectors.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor's degree in biotechnology and/or food technology or a related subject comprised of 210 CP with a minimum grade average of 2.5 * English language proficiency at B2 level * Interest in working in teams and in an international context * Interest in research and project work * Related degree programmes include programmes from the natural sciences and engineering, such as Bio Process Engineering, Bio Engineering, Food Engineering or Food Chemistry
