The Master's program in Harpsichord/Historical Keyboard Instrument at HfKM Regensburg enables students to achieve outstanding artistic performances in concerts and performances, in church educational and general cultural work, and to advise committees on professional matters and represent in public. It prepares for positions with an artistic focus in the field of harpsichord/basso continuo playing. Upon successful completion of all module examinations, students earn the academic degree Master of Music (M.Mus.).

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Aptitude test for Harpsichord (main subject): 30 min performance including: - A major work by J.S. Bach - Works from at least two of the following style periods or composers: Virginal music/Sweelinck, a toccata by Frescobaldi or Froberger, a suite by Couperin, Froberger or Böhm, a sonata by Scarlatti or Soler, a work from the second half of the 18th century (C.P.E. Bach, Haydn), a work from the 20th century - Sight-reading * Basso continuo playing: 15 min including accompaniment of instrumental and vocal works, playing an unfigured bass (preparation time: 2 weeks), sight-reading
