📋 Program Hakkında

The Civil Engineering Bachelor's program covers mathematical, scientific and technical subjects including mathematics, physics, mechanics, statics and strength of materials. It also includes aspects of transport and infrastructure, environmental technology, geotechnics and water management. Students can specialize in green building, structural engineering, transport and infrastructure or hydraulic engineering and coastal protection. The program focuses on solving problems for upcoming societal tasks related to climate change, working on realistic exercises, cooperation with industry partners, and features modern laboratories. Graduates can work in construction companies, construction administrations at state or federal level, associations, engineering and planning offices, or as experts, appraisers, or independent construction managers.

* General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or * Subject-related higher education entrance qualification or * General or subject-specific technical college entrance qualification (consisting of a school- and a practical-based part) or * Successfully passed master craftsman's examination or equivalent previous education (e.g. apprenticeship) * Proof of a 12-week internship for admission to the practical semester
