The Master's program in Business Management for non-business graduates prepares students for management roles in various business areas such as management, business organization, marketing, or the financial sector. Students gain practical experience through integrated projects, working on specific practical problems and making initial contacts with potential employers. The program offers a wide range of specializations including financial management, accounting, auditing, controlling, taxes, human resources management, organization and leadership, value chain management, and marketing. Features include practical teaching, numerous projects within the local economy, many elective modules, opportunity to develop specializations, high interaction between students and teachers thanks to the small group concept, and a good network to international partner universities/colleges.

* A first professional degree with the exception of business administration studies * A maximum of 15 credit points may still be outstanding from the bachelor's degree (must be proven by certification) * Certificate from the Examinations Office showing previously graded examinations, provisional average grade, and number of credit points attained

* English: B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages * German: Proof of sufficient German language skills for applicants without a German university entrance qualification and without a German university degree (enrolment requirement in case of admission)
