📋 Program Hakkında

The master's degree program in Chemistry at KIT offers a research-oriented and practical education with a high proportion of laboratory practicals and early involvement in current research projects. A central feature is the choice between three different Study Alternatives (inorganic-organic, physical-mathematical, technical-application-oriented), which set different priorities and allow students to develop an individual profile. In each Study Alternative, students complete two advanced modules and one Specialization Subject. The program is supplemented by Interdisciplinary Qualifications and a final master's thesis. Students can earn up to 30 CP as part of additional coursework to broaden their professional horizons or prepare for career entry.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a program with essentially the same content * Minimum 180 ECTS credits with standard period of study of at least three years * Minimum 120 ECTS credits in chemical subjects * At least 60 CP from laboratory practicals * Minimum credits in specific subjects: general and inorganic chemistry 44 CP, organic chemistry 24 CP, physical chemistry 22 CP

* German language skills at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) * Accepted certificates: DSH-2, TestDaF level 4 in all parts, DSD II, Goethe certificate C1 or higher, telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule, Austrian Language Diploma C1 or higher * Provisional admission possible with B1 level, but C1 certificate must be submitted by enrollment deadline
