📋 Program Hakkında

The bachelor's program in Food Chemistry provides a sound vocational education and training in the fundamentals of inorganic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry. This is rounded out by discipline-specific specialization in food chemistry and microbiology. The aim is to develop sustainable strategies that meet society's increasing need for healthy food and food security. The program is structured in an interdisciplinary manner and, in addition to the core areas of the natural sciences, also deals with content from the life sciences.
