📋 Program Hakkında

The Digital Transformation & Sustainability program at XU Exponential University is designed to equip you with the tools to drive meaningful transformation in organizations. This Master of Arts (M.A.) program consists of 60 ECTS credits and can be completed in 2 semesters full-time or 4 semesters part-time. The curriculum includes modules on Digital Transformation, Disruptive Technologies, Future Economics, New Leadership and Human Capital Management, Impact Data Management, Sustainable Business Creation, Complex Problem Solving and Collaboration, and culminates with a Master Thesis. The program focuses on digital transformation frameworks, emerging business models, sustainability analytics, circular economy, green technology, and developing leadership skills for driving digital and sustainable transformation.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree with at least 240 ECTS (or 180 ECTS with additional professional experience) * Minimum Grade Required: Final GPA of 3.0 or better (according to German grading system) * Professional experience: At least two years of relevant work experience (internships included) * Academic background: Previous degree in business-related, informatics, or computer science field recommended * ECTS requirements: If fewer than 240 ECTS, can compensate with professional experience (30 ECTS per year, max 60 ECTS) * Non-academic requirements: For candidates not meeting GPA requirement, passing an internal interview or proving eligibility through other certifications

* CEFR: C1 * IELTS: 6.0 (minimum overall test score) * TOEFL: IBT (60-78), PBT (546-548) * Cambridge: Certificate of Advanced English (CAE), Cambridge English: Business Higher (BEC Higher) * TOEIC: 605-780 (Listening and Reading Test) * Other: Telc B2 Certificates, Duolingo Score (105-115), Cambridge IGCSE * Note: If Bachelor's degree was completed in English, no additional language certificate is required
