📋 Program Hakkında

Developing organisations, accompanying change processes, understanding behaviour - in the Master's degree course in Applied Business Psychology at OTH Amberg-Weiden, you will deepen your skills at the interface of business and psychology. You will learn how leadership becomes effective, how teams are steered through complex changes and how consumer and employee behaviour can be analysed. The degree programme combines business management thinking with psychological depth, research with practice, reflection with action competence. You will develop your leadership personality and learn how to responsibly shape complex challenges in organisations - in German and English, interdisciplinary and international. You will become an expert in sustainable development in companies - with vision, empathy and the ability to analyse.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Above-average degree from a relevant Bachelor's program with at least 210 ECTS credits or equivalent * Above-average defined as overall grade of "very good" or "good" (at least 2.5) at German universities * Relevant fields include economic psychology, business administration, and interdisciplinary courses with social science or cultural science business administration elements * Graduates with less than 210 (but at least 180) ECTS credits can prove missing theoretical competences by completing additional modules * Passing an aptitude test/interview is required
