📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program "Ethics - Economics, Law and Politics" (EELP) is an interdisciplinary and research-focused degree programme backed by the expertise of four esteemed faculties. It integrates theoretical and empirical insights from economics, law, and political science combined with the explicitly normative orientation of practical philosophy and applied ethics. The programme focuses on six thematic areas: Globalisation and Justice, Markets and Morality, Climate Change and Responsibility, Welfare and Dignity, Migration and Rights, and Digitalisation and Self-determination. Students engage with the latest research topics such as poverty, migration, climate crisis, energy transition and energy poverty, global pandemics, or digital ethics. The international experience is a key aspect of the program, with students from over 40 different countries worldwide having studied in this programme. The interdisciplinary, problem-oriented, research-focused education opens a great deal of employment opportunities in economy, international and national institutions/organisations and in research for the degree holders.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* University or college degree (e.g., Bachelor, first state examination, diploma) in philosophy, economics, law, or political science * For dual-subject Bachelor degrees, at least 65 CP must have been acquired in one of the relevant subjects * Application essay (4-5 pages) demonstrating ability to independently discuss one of the program's focus topics (Globalization and Justice, Market and Morality, Administration and Responsibility, or Welfare and Dignity) * Admission possible without final degree certificate to avoid unnecessary waiting times * Mandatory advising session after enrollment to determine study focus and whether introductory courses in elective modules are required
