The ability of organisations to innovate has become a central success factor in the management of changing business challenges, especially in the current age of rapid change dynamics. This extra occupational master's programme in Innovation Management at the University of Oldenburg is designed to offer a combination of highly practical as well as theoretical approaches to the issue of innovation management. The highly flexible modular structure of this programme allows students to study according to their own qualification needs. The organisation of the programme distinguishes itself through the combination of self directed learning and periods of presence on campus (2 x 2 days per module), accompanied by internet supported cooperative study. The final degree award is a Master of Business Administration. Upon finishing this programme, graduates are competent to decisively initiate and manage strategies and projects in their businesses. Furthermore, they are able to theoretically organise and further develop their practical experience in innovation management. Graduates of this programme are generalists in the management of innovation and change.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification worth at least 210 ECTS credits * One year of professional experience
