📋 Program Hakkında

The International Business Administration Bachelor's program offers a comprehensive education in business from a global perspective, taught entirely in English. The program focuses on providing students with a solid foundation in business administration, global economic dynamics, entrepreneurship, teamwork, and presentation skills. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications through projects and real-world case studies. Students develop methodological competence, digital readiness with cutting-edge tools including AI applications in business contexts, and a global outlook to handle international business challenges. The program structure includes core business subjects (Marketing, Strategic Management, Human Resources, Accounting), Economics, International Business Law, and quantitative skills (Business Mathematics and Statistics). In the fourth and fifth semesters, students can choose six elective modules from a pool of 15 options including Trend Research, Business Ethics, Digital Technology and Data Analytics, Consumer Psychology, SAP systems, Design Thinking, Political Economy, or language courses. The program emphasizes soft skills development through modules like Communication and Cooperation, Project Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Practical experience is gained through entrepreneurship projects and interdisciplinary collaborations with students from other disciplines, often working with real companies and organizations. In the sixth semester, students can study abroad or complete an internship. Highly motivated students can participate in a dual degree program with Fitchburg State University near Boston, spending their fifth and sixth semesters in the US to earn both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science.
