📋 Program Hakkında

Mathematics and Computer Science is an interdisciplinary Master's programme with an equal share of mathematics and computer science, providing the opportunity to combine the two disciplines in seminars and project modules. The curriculum is very flexible and allows for individual pathways. Approximately 25% consists of mathematics lectures at Master's level focusing on mathematics related to algorithms and applications. Another 25% comprises computer science courses focusing on areas requiring mathematical background. The programme includes two seminars (7.5%), an individually supervised project (10%), courses in application areas (7.5%), and a 6-month Master's thesis (25%). The programme is designed for people with a Bachelor's degree in mathematics or computer science, or related fields at the interface. It offers cutting-edge training in both fields, individualised learning with 1:1 supervision, an application-oriented focus and excellent career prospects in Germany and abroad.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics or computer science, or related fields * Minimum grade of 2.70 or better according to the German grading scale (1 best possible grade, 4 minimum passing grade) * Previous degree must contain either 60 ECTS of mathematics and 30 ECTS of computer science OR 30 ECTS of mathematics and 60 ECTS of computer science * For incomplete degrees: at least 85% of required credit points must be completed at time of application

* English: B2 level according to CEFR * Alternative proofs: university entrance qualification or first university degree from an English-speaking educational institution, certificate of higher education entrance qualification with at least "sufficient" grade in English * No German language knowledge required for the program
