The Conceptual Textile Design master's programme prepares students for a professional environment where conception, communication, presentation and cooperation are as important as product development. The orientation towards production and markets as well as close contact with science and research result in an open, varied job profile for textile designers. Students deepen their professional competence in conceptual thinking, strategic action and structured design, preparing them to work in leading positions in various textile related and neighbouring fields of activity. The extensively equipped textile workshops, cooperation possibilities with other degree courses (Fashion, Interior Architecture and Industrial Design), and variety of theory-based design subjects offer excellent options for developing a complex understanding of textile design, experimentally researching visionary material and project ideas, and exploring solutions for products, interiors and clothing that balance aesthetic appeal, sustainability and functionality.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Master's courses are aimed at graduates with a bachelor's or a 'Diplom' degree with an artistic/design emphasis * Interested graduates of other disciplines with relevant qualifications may also be admitted after taking the course-specific entrance test * Most courses require proof of relevant practical placements or comparable practical experience
