📋 Program Hakkında

The Master of Arts in Komplexes Entscheiden (Complex Decision Making) aims to impart knowledge and train competencies for measured and efficient problem solving in public institutions. The program addresses young (future) executives who aspire to careers in public administration, associations, politics, or other organizations where complex decision making takes place. The central study contents include: Behavioral Basics of Decision-Making, Ethical and Economic Perspectives, Political and Legal Perspectives, Decision and Game Theory, Ethical and Legal Conditions of Public Decision Making, Economic and Political Conditions of Public Decision Making, Quantitative and Qualitative Methods, and an Interdisciplinary Project Area. The program includes an obligatory internship of at least 8 weeks and a Master thesis.
