📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's degree programme in Applied Physics is divided into a compulsory area (58 CP), a compulsory elective area (12 CP), an in-depth module and a specialisation module (10 CP each) and the Master's thesis (30 CP). In the compulsory elective area, students can choose from various subjects to expand subject-specific competences or acquire additional non-subject-specific competences. Courses can be taken in physics, mathematics, materials science, chemistry, life sciences, medicine or other subject areas. The program consists of 120 Credit Points over 4 semesters, with the final Master's thesis in the fourth semester leading to the Master of Science degree.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: A relevant Bachelor's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Physics and Technology for Space Applications, Advanced Materials/Material Science at JLU or another relevant university degree * Required coursework: 36 CP in experimental physics, 18 CP physics practicals, 18 CP in theoretical physics, and 18 CP in mathematics * Note: The Examination Board may recognize other degree programmes as equivalent with additional coursework requirements of up to 30 CP, which must be completed within the first two semesters

* CEFR: English language skills at level B1 * TOEFL: written test with at least 550 points, computer-based score of at least 43 * Other accepted proofs: Abitur certificate, upper secondary school reports with at least four years of English, language courses totalling at least 120 hours, UNIcert level I qualification, or equivalent language tests (IELTS, DEP, PET) * Note: Proof must be provided within the first two semesters of study
