📋 Program Hakkında

The Bachelor's program 'Gründung, Innovation, Führung' (Founding, Innovation, Leadership) prepares students for entrepreneurial thinking and action in teams. Students learn by developing and operating a real company together, focusing on entrepreneurship competence, team competence, and self-competence. The program follows the Team Academy model from Finland and is the first of its kind in the German-speaking region. Students work on real projects with real customers, real money, and real risks while being supported by team coaches. The program includes interactive learning events in different module strands: personality development & leadership, entrepreneurship theory & practice (in English), project and company management, project modules, team learning, and elective modules.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* General university entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife), university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or an equivalent recognized educational qualification * A 3-year vocational training can lead to a subject-specific university entrance qualification since spring 2024 * Students must commit to becoming and remaining a shareholder in the student cooperative company for the duration of their studies
