Data-driven technologies such as AI and the Internet of Things are changing the business models, processes, and structures of companies of all sizes and in all industries. The Bachelor's degree program in Management and Data Science (B.Sc.) teaches students to analyze and use data to develop and implement economic and social innovations. The program is located at the interface of economics and computer science, providing sound education in business management and broad expertise in all business processes and fields of activity, from accounting to marketing and logistics. Students develop skills to understand key technological developments such as artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning holistically, with a particular focus on family-run and medium-sized companies. The program contains interactive small-class lectures, exercises, discussion-based seminars, excursions, and research projects.

* Selection through an aptitude assessment procedure * Assessment based on overall secondary school grades, grades in subject-specific courses (English, Mathematics, and an Advanced Natural Science), and relevant practical experience or additional qualifications * Applicants are either immediately admitted based on points or invited to an admission interview * For applicants without individual grades in specified subjects, assessment considers final grade (GPA) and performance in admission interview
