📋 Program Hakkında

In German Literature at the University of Konstanz you will be taught methods to academically approach literary and non-literary texts. You will learn how to analyse and reflect critically on literature and to speak and write about it with authority. Literary studies include different approaches, such as literary theory, narrative theory, literary history as well as cultural theory. You will study these theories and get to know German literature of all epochs from the Middle Ages to the present as well as all genres of literature (prose, poetry, drama). In addition to this you will attend an introduction to linguistics as well as a linguistics seminar.
