The Information Technology Bachelor's program focuses on the compatibility of economics and technology, management of sustainable energy systems, expansion of global communication, efficient processing of increasing amounts of information, and the use of microsystems. The practice-oriented study on a scientific basis enables graduates to take on responsible and independent positions in industry, public service, teaching and research institutions, and the service sector. The program features committed lecturers, an interesting combination of lectures and laboratory exercises, strong practical relevance with business contacts, excellent career prospects, internationality, and allows students to choose between Application Development or Artificial Intelligence focus areas.

* General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or * Subject-related higher education entrance qualification or * General or subject-specific technical college entrance qualification (consisting of a school- and a practical-based part) or * Successfully passed master craftsman's examination or equivalent previous education (e.g. apprenticeship)
