📋 Program Hakkında

This part-time Bachelor's program is designed for nursing professionals who already have a completed three-year nursing education and want to study while continuing to work. The program structure allows students to balance work, family, and other commitments with their studies. In addition to an internationally recognized university degree, students acquire advanced competencies for direct nursing practice. These include, building on their training and professional experience, in-depth knowledge in the areas of care management, counseling, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Students also gain research-related competencies to read and critically evaluate studies and transfer new findings and care concepts into nursing practice. The program offers two elective areas for specialization: "Evidence-based clinical nursing practice" or "Digitalization and technology in nursing". The special focus of the program lies in its high practical orientation, interdisciplinarity, and innovative teaching and learning methods.
