📋 Program Hakkında

The degree programme prepares students for senior or higher (management) positions, e.g. in educational institutions of companies and chambers. Activities in the field of teaching/learning aids, VET research or international development cooperation can also be pursued. The academic degree "Master of Science" entitles the holder to a doctorate. The programme allows for different subject orientations (differentiation area) depending on previous studies and is open to applicants from non-technical disciplines. Professional practical studies provide practical preparation for later employment. Core study includes "Vocational Education and Training Management and Operational Human Resources Development" with options in Operational Management, Human Resources and Organisational Development, Work-Technology Education, and Computer Science.

* Minimum degree required: Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education and Training in a relevant subject or Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject or comparable degree (e.g. diploma) as decided on a case-by-case basis * Relevant subjects include: vocational education and training, educational sciences, health sciences, social sciences, economic sciences and engineering sciences with suitable specialisations
