📋 Program Hakkında

Civil engineering is characterized by its project-related nature, the necessary interaction of a large number of project participants, the broad basic knowledge required for solving problems, and the constantly changing boundary conditions and technical possibilities due to legal requirements and innovations. The Bachelor's program aims to enable students to develop practice-oriented solutions to problems in civil engineering in a project-oriented manner, using given resources, and to document and communicate these solutions. The program provides the necessary foundational knowledge, complemented and deepened by the most important theories and principles of civil engineering relevant to practice. Students work on extensive project work, solving planning tasks independently in groups and presenting the results. The program offers the opportunity to establish a particularly strong practical orientation through cooperative studies. Graduates are prepared for careers in the construction industry, engineering and project management offices, state or municipal planning, monitoring and administration departments, the real estate industry, professional associations, and industrial companies.

* Pre-study internship: At least 8 weeks in companies in the main construction industry and other construction trades (focus on building construction and civil engineering, as well as interior work) must be completed by the end of lectures in the 3rd semester. It is recommended to complete the internship before starting studies. The internship should be completed in consecutive time periods (periods of less than 2 weeks will not be recognized).
