📋 Program Hakkında

The MA Research Training Program in Social Sciences (MA RTP) is a one-year program particularly suited for research-focused students who are interested in subsequently completing a PhD in Germany. It is taught at the Department of Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. During the two semesters, the MA RTP offers a deeper understanding of theory, contemporary research methods and debates within the social and political sciences. Students have the possibility to select courses most suitable to their own academic needs and objectives and will receive intensive supervision and counselling during the process of developing their individual profile. In addition, the program aims to help students to adjust easily to academic life in Germany, and provides help in getting access to language classes.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field (including Law, History, Economics, Political Science, Sociology) * Credit requirement: 240 ECTS credits (can be cumulative from multiple degrees) * Knowledge in Social Science Theories: minimum 20 ECTS credits * Knowledge in Empirical Social Research Methods: minimum 10 ECTS credits * Selection process includes a 30-minute interview to assess motivation and research competence
