The Bachelor's program in Education and Social Management is a distance learning program integrated with professional work for educators who want to lead, manage, or advise individuals or organizations in the field of childhood education. The program combines management, consulting, and childhood pedagogy in an interdisciplinary approach. Students earn an academic degree and state recognition as social pedagogues, qualifying them for leadership and advisory positions in childhood work fields without having to interrupt their professional activities. The innovative study structure enables flexible learning through a combination of in-person events, online teaching, and self-learning phases. The program develops well-founded pedagogical, advisory, and business management competencies in the education, upbringing, and care system.
