📋 Program Hakkında

Chemical and Process Engineering will teach you how to analyze, design and improve chemical processes for the manufacture of products. To do this, you will need knowledge of chemical and physical principles, which you can then apply in the conception and construction of plants and machines and in the design of production processes. Chemical engineers convert natural raw materials into products that you are familiar with from everyday life: packaging, plastics, food supplements or cosmetics. Sustainability, energy efficiency and recycling are major research topics. The Bachelor's program provides knowledge on scientific fundamentals and methodical expertise in the area of Chemical and Process Engineering. The curriculum initially consists of mathematical and scientific basics, engineering fundamentals, thermodynamics and transport processes, and process engineering fundamentals. In addition to these fixed subjects, there are compulsory electives, profile subjects, and interdisciplinary qualifications in the higher semesters.
