The Master of Science in International Production Engineering and Management (IPEM) prepares graduates for successful careers in global production and logistics planning and equips them to meet the challenges of digital transformation in a dynamic international environment. The program focuses on imparting in-depth knowledge of production management, emphasizing the latest technologies and digitalization solutions, enabling students to efficiently plan, set up, and operate factories, expanding technical expertise alongside intercultural and language skills, and providing ideal preparation for a career in a dynamic, globally connected world through the development of valuable soft skills. The curriculum is built on three cornerstones: Production management (40%), Internationalization (40%), and Digitalization (20%).

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: Bachelor's programs in engineering at the University of Siegen or comparable three-year degree course with bachelor's examination (potentially including a degree in business administration) * Subject compatibility: 50% of the ECTS points must correspond to the bachelor's degree programs at the University of Siegen * 12 weeks of experience abroad (work, study, internship or similar) - can be completed during the master's studies if not available at admission * 12 weeks of practical experience in a manufacturing company - can be completed during the master's studies if not available at admission
