📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program in Business Administration (Energy Management) prepares students for leadership and management roles in the energy sector. The program focuses on industry-specific knowledge combined with advanced business administration skills. It emphasizes the development of personal and social core competencies including problem-solving abilities, holistic thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The curriculum includes a balanced mix of business administration and energy management topics, covering organizational methodological competencies, soft skills like teamwork and negotiation, energy policy, and digitalization in the energy industry. Key focus areas include corporate management, negotiation, project and claim management, project financing, risk and asset management, business model development, digitalization of the energy industry, international energy projects and energy policy, energy trading, energy market design, and European and national energy law. The program is designed to be compatible with part-time work, with Mondays and Tuesdays kept free of lectures to allow for professional commitments, practical experience, family time, or personal projects.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* University degree in a business-related or energy-related field (e.g., Energy Management, Energy Engineering) * Admission is based on the average grade of the first university degree * Relevant professional experience of more than 2 years improves the average grade by 0.2 * If you have only 180 ECTS credits (instead of the required 210), you can earn the missing 30 ECTS during your Master's studies through additional lectures or subject-specific internships
