📋 Program Hakkında

Starting with the summer semester 2015, the Faculty of Information Systems and Applied Computer Sciences offers the fully english-taught masters degree programme International Software Systems Science. This graduate level programme (Bologna 2nd cycle education) is designed to build on from a three year bachelors degree in Software Systems Science or an undergraduate degree (180 ECTS) in a closely related area such as, but not limited to, Informatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering. The program prepares students for all tasks required for the analysis and creation of large networked software systems using modern methods. This masters degree programme satisfies the guidelines laid down by the German Kultusministerkonferenz (Standing Conference of the State Ministers of Education and the Arts - KMK) on the requirements for entering doctoral studies (3rd cycle of the Bologna scheme). The program structure includes module groups A1-A5 and areas of specialization S1-S4. Students have considerable freedom to personalize their studies through electives, study abroad options, or internships, which are formalized through learning agreements with the degree examination board.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: Academic bachelor's degree of at least six semesters (180 ECTS) in Software Systems Science or in a closely related bachelor's degree programme such as Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering * Minimum Grade Required: Final overall grade in the bachelor's degree must be at least second class corresponding to the German grade 2.0 * A closely related bachelor's degree must cover: - At least 115 ECTS credit points worth of modules in mathematical foundations, computer science and software engineering - At least 34 ECTS credit points in Mathematics and Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science - At least 33 ECTS credit points in Programming and Software Science * Applicants with a qualifying degree from outside the European Union and whose final mark is less than 1.5 (German grade), require a GRE General Test or GATE with at least 153 in Verbal Reasoning, 164 in Quantitative Reasoning and 4.0 in Analytical Writing
