📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program in General Management combines scientific rigor with practical application. Students receive an in-depth economic education, enabling them to apply their knowledge in professional practice. The program provides application-oriented teaching of business administration knowledge and skills, preparing academics with non-economic or not purely economic degrees for high-quality management positions requiring scientifically-based knowledge and methods. Students develop a deep understanding of economic relationships, necessary professional and methodological knowledge, competence to apply business administration findings and methods, ability to think and work independently in economic matters, and improve leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. The program builds on the foundation established in the first degree for handling demanding tasks in professional practice. A specific feature is the networking of newly acquired management competencies with knowledge from the first degree. The program includes a six-week practical phase in the third semester, concluding with a scientific project paper.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* First qualifying university degree in a non-economic or not primarily economic study program with at least 180 ECTS credits and a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in economic content * Proof of English language skills at minimum level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages * For applicants with a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in engineering (B.Eng. or Dipl.-Ing.), a bonus of 0.5 is applied to the average or final grade * For proof of an internship or professional activity of at least 12 weeks in a business administration area, a bonus of 0.2 is applied to the average or final grade

* English: CEFR B1 minimum * Non-standard requirements: In Germany, language skills acquired from grades 5 to 10 correspond to B1 if they were evaluated with at least sufficient performance in grade 10
