📋 Program Hakkında

The double degree programme Ageing Sciences / Gerontology & Management of Social Services allows students to obtain two Master's degrees within two years of studying. The programme combines extensive specialist knowledge in both the scientific understanding of ageing and the strategic management and organisation of social services. It offers research- and practice-orientated teaching to prepare students for future challenges. The programme is designed with complementary competences, efficient study structure, broader career prospects, networking opportunities, and innovative teaching methods. Students can choose which degree programme to pursue first, with the second building upon it. The programme includes mutual recognition of certain modules between the two degrees, including empirical research methods and the Master's thesis.

Applicants must check the specific admission requirements for their chosen program. Requirements may include a minimum number of credit points or specific previous field of study. International applicants need to provide proof of German language proficiency (DSH level 2, TestDaF level 4 in all four test parts, Goethe Certificate C2, Austrian Language Diploma C1, German Language Diploma Level 2, or telc German C1 University).
