📋 Program Hakkında

This is a Master of Education (M.Ed.) program in Chemistry as a complementary subject for secondary school teaching. The program has a regular length of 4 semesters and requires 120 credit points (ECTS). The curriculum includes modules in General Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Subject Didactics, and Advanced Lectures and Practical courses. Students must complete a master's thesis worth 15 credit points. After completing the university teaching degree and subsequent preparatory service, graduates can teach at general secondary schools, community schools, and vocational schools.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Bachelor's degree in Secondary School Teaching Degree (or equivalent) with study components of two major subjects, subject-specific didactics, educational sciences, and practical school studies * Minimum 180 ECTS credits from a program with standard period of at least three years * Orientation internship of at least three weeks at a secondary school, vocational school, Gemeinschaftsschule, Hauptschule, Realschule or Werkrealschule

* German language skills at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) * Accepted certificates: DSH-2, TestDaF level 4 in all four parts, DSD II, Goethe certificate C1 or higher, telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule, Austrian Language Diploma C1 or higher * Provisional admission possible with B1 level, but C1 certificate must be submitted by enrollment deadline
