The Master's program in Business Administration with a focus on Energy Management (Betriebswirtschaft Energiewirtschaft) prepares students for leadership and management roles in the energy sector. The program combines business administration knowledge with specialized energy industry expertise. It focuses on the transformation process in the energy industry and provides students with the necessary skills to take on leadership positions. The curriculum includes topics such as business management, negotiation skills, project management, risk management, digitalization in the energy industry, energy trading, energy market design, and European and national energy law. The program is designed to be compatible with part-time work, with Mondays and Tuesdays kept free of lectures to allow students to work, gain practical experience, or attend to personal commitments.

* University degree in a business-related or energy-related field (e.g., Energy Management, Energy Engineering) * Selection criteria include the average grade of the first university degree * Relevant professional experience of more than 2 years improves the average grade by 0.2 * 210 ECTS are required; if you have a Bachelor's with 180 ECTS, the missing 30 ECTS can be completed during the Master's program through additional lectures or subject-specific internships
