📋 Program Hakkında

The "Computer Engineering" degree programme teaches "Engineering plus Computers". It is an interdisciplinary and application-oriented course that focuses on learning to provide solutions to software problems in the technical environment. To do so, the technical inner-workings of computer-supported devices are examined. This contrasts with pure computer science subjects. The course focuses on teaching current methods in programming and applying embedded systems, designing algorithms of digital filters for signals and images, and modern programming techniques, using, for instance, high-speed networks and databases. Graduates can look forward to a diverse and future-looking career at the interface between electronics and computer science in sectors such as automotive engineering, telecommunication systems, entertainment electronics, and medical engineering.

* Minimum degree required: Higher education entrance qualification (Abitur or equivalent) * For international students: School-leaving certification must have been completed in specific subjects that correspond to the intended university degree program * In some cases, university experience may be required
