📋 Program Hakkında

New digital technologies provide companies with ever-greater possibilities for gathering, linking and evaluating information. The bachelor's degree program Information Engineering at TUM Campus Heilbronn provides the necessary knowledge and skills to design IT systems along the entire life cycle of information as a resource. In addition to a strong computer science core, the program teaches fundamentals of management and electrical engineering to enable you to effectively take part in the discourse communities of these disciplines. The program prepares students for their role as information engineers, with the ability to design holistic IT systems from the sensor to the business model and is thus a significant building block in the digital transformation.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Selection takes place through an aptitude assessment procedure * Evaluation based on overall secondary school grades, grades in subject-specific courses (mathematics, English and a natural science), and relevant practical experience or additional qualifications * Depending on points accumulated, applicants are either immediately admitted or invited to an admissions interview * For the interview: knowledge of program structure, ability to think abstractly and logically, ability to develop solutions to transdisciplinary issues, degree-program-specific qualifications, and precise reasoning ability in English are assessed

* German language skills: at least A2 level required for application * English language skills: advanced level required as program is taught predominantly in English * No formal verification of English language skills required * Language aptitude will be tested as part of the application process
