Ekonomi ve Sürdürülebilirlik Bachelor programı, BM'nin Brundtland Raporu'ndaki ekonomik, ekolojik ve sosyal sürdürülebilirlik üç sütunlu modeline dayanarak, sürdürülebilirliğin ekonomik analizine odaklanır. The bachelor program in Economics & Sustainability focuses on the economic analysis of sustainability, based on the three-pillar model of economic, ecological and social sustainability from the UN's Brundtland Report. The program begins with methodological content (statistics, mathematics, computer science) and progresses to applying this knowledge to interdisciplinary contexts with focus on sustainability, competition analysis, organization and regulation of infrastructure sectors, and environmental-economic problems. A special feature of this program at TU Berlin is the link to engineering, enabling students to acquire knowledge from economics and sustainable engineering fields. The program is divided into compulsory, compulsory elective, and elective areas, with the option for an internship. Students complete their studies with a bachelor thesis.
