📋 Program Hakkında

This Master of Education program prepares students for teaching at vocational schools (higher teaching position) with a focus on Engineering Education in Electrical Engineering/Information Technology. The program is offered in cooperation between the University of Education Freiburg (Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg) and the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. The three-semester program includes advanced studies in engineering sciences at Offenburg University and educational sciences with a focus on vocational education at the University of Education Freiburg. The program includes a four-week school internship after the first semester and culminates with a master's thesis. Graduates can pursue careers in teaching at vocational schools, corporate education and human resources in management positions, vocational training in public and private institutions, educational administration and policy, or continue with doctoral studies in educational sciences. Offenburg University of Applied Sciences offers excellent career opportunities for its graduates, with 93% finding employment within 3 months after graduation. The university features small class sizes to ensure students receive proper attention and support, and has 30 years of experience in supervising international students.
