📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program in Controlling is designed for students interested in qualifying for demanding specialist and management tasks in controlling. In addition to the fundamentals of controlling, the program provides extensive competencies in strategic and operational corporate management, the interaction of controlling and financial accounting, as well as the necessary IT knowledge in the context of data analytics and SAP. Controllers take on different roles in everyday professional life: they are moderators, consultants, coordinators, and sometimes also controllers. To fulfill these roles, the program not only develops professional and methodological competence but also promotes self and social competence through seminars and presentations. Potential areas of responsibility include advising management, developing and maintaining internal information management, monitoring and controlling operational processes, developing and evaluating key figures, analyzing and forecasting business developments, target-actual comparisons, budgeting, monitoring internal planning and reporting, and planning and implementing strategic measures. The program is a 3-semester full-time study with 10 compulsory modules in the first and second semesters and the master's thesis in the third semester.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Completed degree in business administration or comparable field (business administration content at least 50%) with 210 ECTS and a minimum grade of 2.5 * For applicants with ongoing studies, a maximum of 30 ECTS may be pending at the application deadline * Applicants with a Bachelor's degree of 180 ECTS have the opportunity to make up the missing 30 ECTS before registering for the Master's thesis
