📋 Program Hakkında

In the Computer Science master's program, you can expand and enrich the specialized expertise you acquired in your Computer Science bachelor's program. You will complete various enrichment or advanced modules, such as from the fields of Software Design, Cloud Computing, Graphics Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Model Checking, Distributed Systems, IT Security or Databases. You can freely choose the modules that interest you most from the range of offerings. Major topics include Database Systems, Databionics, Formal Methods, Graphics and Multimedia, Parallelism and Programming Languages, Programming Languages and Tools, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems. The program enables graduates to work independently in industry and business, manage projects related to analysis, modeling and solving scientific, economic or technical problems, perform design, development and research responsibilities, work as a scientific assistant at a university, or obtain a doctorate.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Required degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable degree with overall grade of 3.2 (German grade scale) or 7.3 grade points or better * Alternative qualification: Degree for teaching profession at grammar schools with Computer Science as teaching subject * Required credits: At least 90 CP total in Mathematics and Computer Science * Mathematics requirements: At least 12 CP in Mathematics modules covering Analysis, Linear Algebra and Statistics * Computer Science requirements: At least 72 CP in Computer Science modules, including at least 9 CP in Theoretical Computer Science and credits from at least 5 of 7 specified modules (Algorithms and Data Structures, Declarative Programming, Object-oriented Programming, System Software and Computer Communication, Database Systems, Software Engineering, Technical Computer Science)

* Option 1: English proficiency at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (proven by internationally recognized language examination) * Option 2: English proficiency at level B1 AND German proficiency at level DSH-2 * Note: Purely English-language studies or school certificates are not sufficient as proof
