The Master's distance learning program in Facility Management is characterized by its compression into four semesters - including a thesis semester - and the possibility of individual specialization based on two offered study focuses. This is particularly advantageous for working professionals who want to obtain a qualified academic degree in a manageable timeframe alongside their profession. Both newcomers and people already working in facility management have the opportunity to further qualify through this Master's distance learning program without interrupting their professional activity. During the study, technical, business management, and infrastructural knowledge relevant for specialist and management tasks in facility management are taught. In addition, important professional and methodological competencies as well as interface competencies are developed. Completion of the distance learning program leads to the academic degree Master of Science (M.Sc.).

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: Completed university degree with Bachelor's (6 semesters) or Diploma (8 semesters) in Engineering or Economics. Natural scientists and computer scientists with engineering, economics, or service-related fields, as well as architects are also admitted. * Professional experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of Facility Management required at the start of studies. * Alternative qualifications: Graduates from universities of cooperative education with a Bachelor's degree (6 semesters) in engineering, business administration, computer science, etc. with relevant professional experience are also eligible. * For applicants without a first degree: Certificate studies can be supplemented with a Master's degree through an aptitude test under certain conditions.
