📋 Program Hakkında

The Master's program Intercultural Business Psychology is an interdisciplinary program conducted in English that aims to understand international interrelations in practice and develop intercultural understanding in the business world. Students acquire competences in scientific methods, diagnostics, intervention, and evaluation, studying fundamental and application-oriented findings in intercultural psychology relevant to economic contexts. The program also addresses business ethics, the responsibility of managers, the role of companies in modern society, and personal development. The program offers two main fields of study: 1) Work and Organizational Psychology (covering leadership, human resources, team development, work motivation, organizational theory, and change management) and 2) Market and Consumer Psychology (focusing on service research and management, business relationships, psychology of product placement, innovation, price, sales and advertising psychology, psychology of demand and purchase decisions). The program is offered as a full-time option with 3 semesters or as a part-time option with 6 semesters. Graduates are able to independently analyze and control human experience and behavior in economic contexts in different cultures, with a focus on in-depth methods of business psychology enabling an evidence-based approach. The program prepares graduates for careers in international companies or research institutions, particularly in Human Resources, Marketing, and Management.

✅ Giriş / Kabul Koşulları

* Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Business Psychology or comparable program with at least 7 semesters (210 CP) * Minimum Grade Required: 2.5 * Comparable programs must have: 20 CP in basic disciplines of psychology (General Psychology 1 & 2, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Differential and Personality Psychology, Biological Psychology), and 20 CP in methodology (min. 10 CP in diagnostics/test design/factor analysis and 10 CP in statistics/econometrics/quantitative methods) * English language requirement: B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
